What it is
holiday2016 is a kid-safe game for 2016.
This game is hangman in reverse.
Whenever you guess a letter that's in the phrase, you decorate the tree and get more points.
If you guess a letter that's not in the phrase, you lose points.
The goal is to score points and guess the phrase.
The Christmas Tree always gets decorated.
How To Run
- Download the appropriate file for your system.
- Put it onto a desktop.
- Perhaps uncompress it, depending on what your browser does for you.
- On a Linux or Unix system, you may need to set the
executable bits. (
chmod +x holiday2016) - On a Mac, you may need to open System Preferences/Security/General and allow apps downloaded from Anywhere in order to run this.
- On an Android you may need to specify that you want to accept applications from untrusted sources (not the App Store).
- Run it.
